Procedures for sampling and testing of illegal drug manufacturing sites under AS 46.03.520(b) are provided in Part 4 of the department's Guidance and Standards for Cleanup of Illegal Drug Manufacturing Sites, adopted by reference in 18 AAC 79.0 10.
