The department will, in its discretion, take enforcement action in response to a violation of this chapter, using the compliance procedures at 18 AAC 95. Nothing in this section precludes the department from taking other appropriate action under AS 46.03.758, 46.03.760, 46.03.765, 46.03.790, or other applicable law. The department will, in its discretion, suspend or revoke an approval issued under this chapter as a means of enforcing the provisions of this chapter.
