The financial responsibility requirements of 40 C.F.R. 280.90 - 280.115 and 280.200 - 280.230, as amended through July 15, 2015, are adopted by reference in this section. Nothing in this chapter exempts the owner or operator of a UST from meeting any other applicable federal financial responsibility requirement.
