Alaska Admin. Code tit. 18, § 78.370 – Timing of operator training

(a) An owner or operator must ensure that designated Class A, Class B and Class C operators meet the requirements in 18 AAC 78.365.
(b) Class A and Class B operators must successfully complete operator training in accordance with 18 AAC 78.365 not later than 30 days after being assigned to the position.
(c) Class C operators must successfully complete training before the individual is assigned to the position.
