- (a) The department will make payments from the Alaska drinking water fund based on requests submitted on a form provided by the department if the requirements of 18 AAC 76.200 - 18 AAC 76.265 and the financial assistance agreement are met. The department may require documentation of costs, such as invoices and copies of checks.
- (b) The department will make no more than one payment during any 30-day period.
