- (a) In the amortization schedule established under 18 AAC 76.255 for financial assistance provided from the Alaska drinking water fund, the department will include a fixed fee of one-half of one percent of the total amount of financial assistance disbursed.
- (b) The department will charge the fee specified in (a) of this section on any financial assistance payments received on or after December 29, 2000.
