For the purposes of AS 46.03.758(d), the degradability of petroleum and petroleum products and byproducts is as follows:

1. (1) low degradability:

   1. (A) asphalt;
   2. (B) tar;
   3. (C) bunker and residual fuel oils; and
   4. (D) other petroleum and petroleum products and byproducts not otherwise listed in (2) or (3) of this section;

2. (2) moderate degradability:

   1. (A) hydraulic fluids;
   2. (B) lubricating oil; and
   3. (C) waste oils and waste oil mixtures; and

3. (3) high degradability:

   1. (A) motor gasoline, including aviation gasoline;
   2. (B) numbers 1, 2, and Arctic diesel fuel and heating oil;
   3. (C) jet and stationary turbine fuels; and
   4. (D) kerosene.
