A person who discharges wastewater into a conventional wastewater system must have
- (1) a system that meets the requirements of this chapter;
- (2) a system that is documented in accordance with 18 AAC 72.550 or 18 AAC 72.560 if plan approval is not required;
- (3) written approval from the department, if plan approval is required under 18 AAC 72.515; and
- (4) a discharge permit from the department if a permit is required under 18 AAC 72.010.
