1. (a) The department will maintain a list of interested persons who wish to be informed when the department

   1. (1) receives a request for an alternative term or condition under AS 46.03.462(k); and
   2. (2) makes a final decision under 18 AAC 69.950.

2. (b) When the department receives a request or makes a decision described in (a) of this section, a copy or summary of the request or decision will be

   1. (1) provided to each person who has requested information about the decision or request; and
   2. (2) posted on the department's Internet web site.
