The following appendices to 40 C.F.R. Part 268, revised as of July 1, 2022, are adopted by reference:

1. (1) Appendix III (list of halogenated organic compounds regulated under 268.32);
2. (2) Appendix IV (wastes excluded from lab packs under the alternative treatment standards of 40 C.F.R.268.42(c));
3. (3) Appendix VI (recommended technologies to achieve deactivation of characteristics in 40 C.F.R. 268.42);
4. (4) Appendix VII (LOR effective dates of surface disposed prohibited hazardous wastes);
5. (5) Appendix VIII (LOR effective dates of injected prohibited hazardous wastes);
6. (6) Appendix IX (extraction procedure (EP) toxicity test method and structural integrity test (Method 1310b)); and
7. (7) Appendix XI (metal bearing wastes prohibited from dilution in a combustion unit according to 40 C.F.R. 268.3(c)).
