The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 268, Subpart D (treatment standards), revised as of May 1, 2024, are adopted by reference. The substitution of state terms for the EPA or federal officials referenced in 18 AAC 62.040(c) and (d) does not apply to 40 C.F.R. 268.42(b) or 268.44.
