The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 268, Subpart A (general), revised as of December 7, 2023, are adopted by reference. The substitution of state terms for the EPA or federal officials referenced in 18 AAC 62.040(c) and (d) does not apply to 40 C.F.R. 268.5 or 268.6.
