The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 265, Subpart FF (fees for the electronic hazardous waste manifest program), revised as of January 22, 2025, are adopted by reference. Manifest requirements are administered by EPA. Accordingly, the substitution of state terms for the EPA or federal officials referenced in 18 AAC 62.040(c) and (d) does not apply to this section.
