The substitution of terms referenced in 18 AAC 62.040(e) for the State of Alaska does not apply to 40 CFR 265.143(d)(1), 265.145(d)(1), or 265.147(a)(1)(ii), (b)(1)(ii), (g)(2), or (i)(4).
