- (a) The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 265, Subpart G (closure and post-closure), revised as of July 1, 2022, are adopted by reference.
- (b) Where closure and post-closure requirements in 40 C.F.R. Part 265, Subpart G include corrective action requirements, the owner or operator must also comply with 18 AAC 62.527.
