The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 265, Subpart B (general facility standards), revised as of January 22, 2025, are adopted by reference. For hazardous waste received from a foreign source, the substitution of state terms for the EPA as referenced in 18 AAC 62.040(c) does not apply to 40 C.F.R. 265.12(a).
