The following appendices to 40 C.F.R. 264, revised as of July 1, 2022, are adopted by reference:
- (1) Appendix I (recordkeeping instructions);
- (2) Appendix IV (Cochran's approximation to the Behrens-Fisher Students' t-test);
- (3) Appendix V (examples of potentially incompatible waste);
- (4) Appendix VI (political jurisdictions in which compliance with 264.18(a) must be demonstrated); and
- (5) Appendix IX (ground-water monitoring list).
