The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 264, Subpart H (financial requirements), revised as of July 1, 2022, are adopted by reference. The substitution of terms referenced in 18 AAC 62.040(e) for the State of Alaska does not apply to 40 CFR 264.143(e)(1), 264.145(e)(1), or 264.147(a)(1)(ii), (b)(1)(ii), (g)(2), or (i)(4).
