- (a) The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 264, Subpart F (releases from solid waste management units and corrective action programs), revised as of July 1, 2022, are adopted by reference.
- (b) The statistical method selected for groundwater analysis must be conducted separately for each constituent in each well and the statistical analyses under each method must be developed in consideration of EPA's Statistical Analysis of Groundwater Monitoring Data at RCRA Facilities - Unified Guidance (EPA 530-F-09-007, March 2009), adopted by reference, unless an alternative approach is approved by the department, using the performance standards in 40 C.F.R. 264.97(i), adopted by reference in (a) of this section.
