The provisions of 40 C.F .R. Part 263, Subpart B ( compliance with the manifest system and record keeping), revised as of January 22, 2025, are adopted by reference. Manifest requirements are administered by EPA. Accordingly, the substitution of state terms for the EPA as referenced in 18 AAC 62.040(c) does not apply to 40 C.F.R. 263.20.
