The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 262, Subpart L (alternative standards for episodic generation), revised as of December 7, 2023, are adopted by reference. The substitution of terms referenced in 18 AAC 62.040(e) for the State of Alaska does not apply to 40 C.F.R. Part 262, Subpart L.
