Alaska Admin. Code tit. 18, § 62.360
The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 262, Subpart K (alternative requirements for hazardous waste determination and accumulation of unwanted material for laboratories owned by eligible academic entities), revised as of December 7, 2023, are adopted by reference. The substitution of terms referenced in 18 AAC 62.040(e) for the State of Alaska does not apply to 40 C.F.R. Part 262 Subpart K.
