The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 262, Subpart H (transboundary movements of hazardous waste for recovery or disposal), revised as of January 22, 2025, are adopted by reference. The EPA administers movement of hazardous waste transported across international boundaries. Accordingly, the substitution of state terms for the EPA or federal officials referenced in 18 AAC 62.040(c) and (d) does not apply to this section. The substitution of terms referenced in 18 AAC 62.040(e) for the State of Alaska does not apply to 40 C.F.R. Part 262, Subpart H.
