The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 262, Subpart D (recordkeeping and reporting applicable to small and large quantity generators), revised as of January 22, 2025, are adopted by reference. The substitution of terms referenced in 18 AAC 62.040(e) for the State of Alaska does not apply to 40 C.F.R. Part 262 Subpart D.
