Alaska Admin. Code tit. 18, § 62.321
The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 262, Subpart C (pre-transport requirements applicable to small and large quantity generators), revised as of July 1, 2022, are adopted by reference. The substitution of terms referenced in 18 AAC 62.040(e) for the State of Alaska does not apply to 40 C.F.R. Part 262 Subpart C.
