The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 262, Subpart B (manifest requirements applicable to small and large quantity generators), revised as of January 22, 2025, are adopted by reference. The substitution of terms referenced in 18 AAC 62.040(e) for the State of Alaska does not apply to 40 C.F.R. Part 262, Subpart B. Manifest requirements are administered by the EPA. Accordingly, the substitution of state terms for the EPA or federal officials referenced in 18 AAC 62.040(c) and (d) does not apply to this section.
