(a) The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 262, Subpart A (general), revised as of December 7, 2023, are adopted by reference, except that
- (1) the provisions of 40 C.F.R. 262.14(a)(5)(vi), revised as of July 1, 2022, are adopted by reference; the amendment of December 10, 2024 is not adopted by reference; and
- (2) a small or large quantity generator must complete and submit EPA Form 8700-12 (site identification form) or the equivalent to the department not later than March 1 of each year to cover activities during the previous calendar year.
- (b) The substitution of terms referenced in 18 AAC 62.040(e) for the State of Alaska does not apply to 40 C.F.R. Part 262, Subpart A.
