The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 261, Subpart A (general), revised as of January 22, 2025, are adopted by reference. But the EPA administers movement of hazardous waste transported across international boundaries. Accordingly, the substitution of state terms referenced in 18 AAC 62.040(c) and (d) for the EPA or federal officials does not apply to 40 C.F.R. 261.4(a)(25).
