In addition to the requirements in 18 AAC 62.1120 and 18 AAC 62.1130, a small or large quantity handler of universal waste must manage universal electronic waste to prevent releases of electronic waste or any component of electronic waste to the environment by

1. (1) containing electronic waste in a manner that is structurally sound, adequate to prevent any leakage, adequate to prevent significant breakage, and compatible with electronic waste; and
2. (2) labeling with the words "Universal Electronic Waste."
