The commissioner or administrative law judge may use the procedures set out in AS 44.62.590 to obtain the assistance of the superior court if a person in the proceeding disobeys or resists a lawful order, refuses to respond to a subpoena, refuses to take oath or affirmation as a witness, refuses to be examined, or is guilty of misconduct at the hearing or so near the hearing as to obstruct the proceeding.
