3. (3) bumpers;
4. (4) mirrors;
5. (5) flexible fender extensions;
6. (6) splash and spray suppression devices;
7. (7) bolsters;
8. (8) tire bulges due to load;
9. (9) baggage;
10. (10) specialty components;
11. (11) mechanical fastening devices;
12. (12) length and width exclusive devices described in 25 C.F.R. 658(e) and (g) (1993).
