Within 30 days of actual delivery of a pull-tab series to a permittee, an operator on behalf of a permittee, or a receiving pull-tab distributor, the permittee, operator, or receiving distributor shall pay to the distributing distributor the full purchase price by check made payable to the distributing distributor.
