1. (a) If a permittee enters into a contract described under AS 05.15.188, the permittee shall submit a copy of the contract to the department for inspection as allowed under AS 05.15.188(f).

2. (b) In addition to the requirements under AS 05.15.188, a contract between a permittee and a vendor must contain

   1. (1) the beverage dispensary license number or package store license number of the vendor;
   2. (2) a means for determining the amount of compensation to be paid to the vendor under AS 05.15.188(i);
   3. (3) a plan for disposing of the pull-tab series if the permittee or the vendor is prohibited from selling pull-tabs; and
   4. (4) a method for handling receipts for prizes required under AS 05.15.187(i).
