1. (a) For purposes of AS 05.15.122(b)(4), an operator's liability insurance is satisfactory to the department if it is in the amount of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per occurrence for each location where the operator conducts an activity permitted under AS 05.15.
2. (b) An operator shall immediately notify the department in writing if the operator's insurance expires or is discontinued for any reason.
