1. (a) The Corporation will use grantee(s) for the implementation of the program. The grantees will remain the same from year-to-year unless the regions change, the grantee is not performing satisfactorily, or there is a major change in funding. A grantee will be reimbursed by the Corporation only for work performed in accordance with a grant in effect at the time of performance.
2. (b) Allowable administrative rates and costs shall be determined by the Corporation.
3. (c) Grantees will implement the program as required by the AHFC Weatherization Operations Manual for the Weatherization Program, as updated from time to time.
