- (a) A dwelling unit will be eligible if it is occupied by a family unit as determined by the Corporation and is substantially complete.
(b) An eligible dwelling unit does not include a dwelling unit:
- (1) that is to be destroyed, abandoned, or converted to another purpose within 12 months; or
- (2) that is not used as a year-round, permanent occupied residence.
