To qualify for a subsidy from a participating lender, a borrower must provide to the participating lender proof of ownership of an eligible dwelling unit on which the subsidized improvements are made and must occupy that dwelling unit on a year-round basis. If a current owner of the building has received a subsidy under this program or a rebate under the Home Energy Rating Rebate Program (15 AAC 155.300 - 15 AAC 155.350), the borrower is ineligible.
