Staff of the Corporation shall evaluate applications received under 15 AAC 154.410 and make a recommendation to the Executive Director. Whenever practicable, staff will establish a review committee to rate the applications and make a recommendation to the Executive Director/CEO. The Executive Director will make a final determination on the application. Each year during the annual budget review, the Executive Director/CEO shall submit to the Board of Directors a summary of awards made during the prior fiscal year.
