- (a) The Corporation may assist municipalities, regional housing authorities, non-profit corporations and partnerships or joint ventures of any of the foregoing to meet the housing and supportive service needs of homeless and near-homeless persons.
- (b) Repealed 10/20/2009.
- (c) The Corporation may participate in the development of buildings or units that, by their use, address homelessness but that, by their operation, appear nonresidential in nature.
- (d) The Corporation may provide financial assistance to prevent homelessness, including but not limited to prevention of foreclosures and evictions.
- (e) The Corporation may provide financial assistance to support housing retention services or facilitate transition from dependency on low-cost housing.
- (f) The Corporation may participate with appropriate sponsoring agencies or groups in demonstration housing projects that address homelessness.
- (g) The Corporation may support planning, coordination and evaluation activities that improve the delivery of homeless services and programs.
