A grant recipient shall submit a monthly report of expenditures and activities to the Corporation. After project completion, the project owner shall annually submit to the Corporation a copy of the five-year maintenance plan, a current audit of the project indicating the financial status of the entity owning the project, and a copy of the annual operations and maintenance budget for the forthcoming year.
