The corporation will enter into a commitment agreement to facilitate the making of a loan under 15 AAC 151.850 - 15 AAC 151.865. The maximum commitment period, including any extensions that the corporation will permit in a commitment agreement under this section will be 180 days. The corporation will not charge a commitment fee.
