When the project is placed in service, the applicant must:

1. (1) certify to the Corporation that the applicant and the project are in full compliance with the code and regulations adopted under the code and with other applicable sections of 26 U.S.C. and regulations adopted under 26 U.S.C.;
2. (2) certify to the Corporation that the project has been completed in accordance with the project structure and financing plans set out in the application; and
3. (3) prepare and submit any other documentation that may be requested by the Corporation to establish project qualification to the satisfaction of the Corporation.
