The agency will provide notice once every three years to each parent subject to a support order informing the parent of the parent's right to request that the agency review and, if appropriate, take the necessary actions to adjust the support order. The agency will include this notice in the support order. However, if the support order was not issued or has not been modified within the past three years, the agency will give the notice required by this section separately by first class mail or by electronic means.
