Applicability of Administrative Procedure Act

Except as otherwise provided in 13 AAC 67.280 - 13 AAC 67.310, the provisions of the AS 44.62 (Administrative Procedure Act), not including AS 44.62.550, apply to all actions taken under this chapter.
