- (a) Private security guard agencies and private security guards may not use any corporate name, including initials, which projects the image of a public law enforcement agency.
- (b) The terminology "police" may not be used to identify either the agency or individuals employed by the agency.
- (c) Use of the words "federal," "state," "U.S.," "United States," "Alaska," or any specific city or borough in the agency name, in a manner that would indicate an official connection with any governmental entity, is prohibited.
- (d) Use of the Seal of the State of Alaska in any manner is prohibited.
- (e) Designation of a private security guard as a private policeman, police officer, or peace officer is prohibited.
