1. (a) Application for a permit or approval, if required by 13 AAC 50 - 13 AAC 55, must be made in such form and detail as the state fire marshal prescribes. An application for a permit or approval must be accompanied by such plans as are required by the state fire marshal.
2. (b) Permits or approvals must, at all times, be kept on the premises designated in the permit or approval, and are subject to inspection by the state fire marshal.
3. (c) The state fire marshal will revoke a permit or approval if a violation of 13 AAC 50 - 13 AAC 55 is found upon inspection or if a false statement or misrepresentation as to a material fact was made in the application or plans on which the permit or approval was based.
