- (a) The driver of a vehicle may not turn a vehicle so as to proceed in the opposite direction unless the turn can be made safely and without interfering with other traffic.
- (b) No vehicle may be turned so as to proceed in the opposite direction in a business district, upon a curve, or upon approach to or near the crest of a grade, where the vehicle cannot be seen by the driver of another vehicle approaching from either direction within 500 feet.
