For the purposes of this chapter,
- (1) except as provided in 12 AAC 70.220(c) and (g), one classroom hour equals a minimum of 50 minutes of in-person or online instruction;
- (2) one academic semester credit hour equals 15 classroom hours; and
- (3) one academic quarter credit hour equals 10 classroom hours.
