Failure to comply with 12 AAC 64.180 - 12 AAC 64.271 or failure to turn over to the commission, upon the request of the commission, records that are required by this chapter is considered fraudulent and dishonest conduct within the meaning of AS 08.88.071(a)(3)(A)(iv).
