- (a) If a pilot organization dismisses a trainee from its training program, the dismissal procedure used must be consistent with the pilot organization bylaws, including provisions related to uniform and nondiscriminatory treatment, and must give due process.
- (b) A pilot organization shall notify the board within 30 days of the dismissal of a trainee from its training program.
